DAY 1 — LJUBLJANA: The Elegant Green Capital
Your Slovenian adventure begins in Ljubljana, one of Europe's most charming and intimate capitals. The city is small enough to explore comfortably on foot, yet rich in architecture, history, gastronomy and local culture.
After arrival and check-in, begin a private guided walking tour through the historic centre. Follow the Ljubljanica River beneath the famous bridges and discover the city's elegant squares, colourful facades and lively cafés. The tour takes you through Prešeren Square, Ljubljana's central meeting point, across the famous Triple Bridge, and towards the Central Market, where local producers sell fruit, vegetables, honey, cheeses and other Slovenian products.
Continue through the old town towards the Dragon Bridge, one of Ljubljana's best-known symbols, before reaching the foot of the castle hill. Take the funicular up to Ljubljana Castle, which has overlooked the city for centuries. From the castle tower, enjoy a panoramic view of Ljubljana and, on clear days, the surrounding mountains. Explore the courtyards and historic interiors while learning about the city's fascinating past.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner introducing the flavours of Slovenia. The menu can combine traditional ingredients with contemporary Slovenian cuisine and accompanied by Slovenian wines. There will be also traditional Slovenian dancing and live folk music so you can immerse into the culture right away.
Overnight: Ljubljana
DAY 2 — BLED & GORIŠKA BRDA: From Alpine Romance to Vineyard Country
After breakfast, leave Ljubljana and head north towards the spectacular Julian Alps. Your morning begins at Lake Bled, one of Slovenia's most iconic landscapes.
The emerald-green lake is surrounded by mountains, forests and the dramatic medieval Bled Castle. In the middle of the lake sits the picturesque island with its church and bell tower. Board a traditional Pletna boat, a wooden boat unique to Bled, and glide across the calm water towards Bled Island. After arriving on the island, climb the famous steps to the Church of the Mother of God and ring the wishing bell.
Back on the mainland, enjoy time for photographs and a tasting of Slovenia's famous Bled cream cake — kremšnita.
Continue west through Slovenia's changing landscapes, from the Alpine mountains towards the rolling hills of Goriška Brda. The scenery gradually transforms into vineyards, orchards and small hilltop villages.
Goriška Brda in also called the slovenian Toscana. The sightseeing with the local guide begins by the lookout tower in Gonjače, where we enjoy a beautiful view over the whole Brda region. We descend (possible on foot) to the medieval village of Šmartno. Typical Mediterranean village is one of the best preserved villages in the coastal region. We explore the narrow streets, called “gase” in a dialect, visit the majestic church of St. Martin, ethnological museum Briška hiša, Brda house, and the house of culture.
We continue towards Dobrovo, where we visit the Renaissance mansion from the early 17th century where we have an exclusive wine tasting in an boutique wine cellar. Tasting is accompanied by local specialities such as: artisan cheeses, homemade bread and olives. As the afternoon light begins to soften, enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards.

DAY 3 — PIRAN, POSTOJNA & LIPICA: The sea, dragons and horses
Today reveals a completely different side of Slovenia. Travel towards the Adriatic coast and arrive in Piran, a beautiful historic town strongly influenced by Venetian architecture. Walk through the narrow streets towards Tartini Square, named after the famous violinist and composer Giuseppe Tartini. Continue through the old harbour and atmospheric lanes towards St George's Church, where you can enjoy beautiful views over the terracotta rooftops and Adriatic Sea.
The atmosphere here feels distinctly Mediterranean — narrow streets, stone houses, seafood restaurants and the smell of the sea. Enjoy a relaxed lunch featuring fresh Adriatic fish, seafood, local olive oil and Slovenian coastal wines.
Leave the coast and travel into Slovenia's famous Karst region. Enter Postojna Cave, one of Europe's most remarkable cave systems. The journey begins aboard the famous underground railway, taking you deep beneath the surface. Inside, enormous chambers and spectacular formations reveal a completely different world beneath Slovenia's landscape. You maybe even encounter a baby dragon.

Guests discover how chocolate is transformed into finished products and have the opportunity to create their own chocolate creations. It is an especially enjoyable experience for groups because it combines local ingredients, creativity and gastronomy.

The atmosphere underground is dramatic and unforgettable.
