Begin the day in Piran, Slovenia's most celebrated coastal town and a place where Venetian heritage meets the Mediterranean. Start with a leisurely guided walk through the historic centre. Wander through the narrow medieval streets and colourful buildings towards Tartini Square, the elegant heart of the town, named after the famous violinist and composer Giuseppe Tartini.

Continue through the old town towards St. George's Church and its impressive bell tower. From the hilltop, enjoy breathtaking views across the terracotta rooftops of Piran, the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding coastline. Continue your walk along the waterfront, where fishing boats, small cafés and restaurants create the relaxed atmosphere of a Mediterranean seaside town. Enjoy some free time to explore Piran at your own pace.

In the afternoon, leave the coast and drive into the green hills of Slovenian Istria towards Marezige. Located above Koper, Marezige is surrounded by vineyards and offers spectacular panoramic views towards the Adriatic and the Istrian countryside. The village is closely associated with the wine-growing tradition of Slovenian Istria and is an ideal place to experience the region's local wines.

The highlight of the afternoon is a visit to the famous Wine Fountain Marezige, where wine tasting becomes a relaxed outdoor experience surrounded by vineyards and panoramic views. Enjoy a selection of wines from local Istrian producers, with the opportunity to taste characteristic regional varieties.
